Miroy Mountain View Villa
Miroy mountain view villa is a newly-built villa of natural stone. It is located in an olive grove, 3 minutes from the center of Atsipopoulo village, next to our family farm. It is an 90 m2 villa with a private swimming pool that can host up to 8 people. Odas (a traditional attic look room used mostly in Cretan houses in the past years) is what really captures guests’ curiosity. The view extends from the White Mountains, over the sea. There is easy access to local services (supermarkets, bakeries, butchery shops, pharmacies, ATMs, cafes, tavernas) by car.

Location
Miroy mountain view villa is found at a distance of 6 km from the center of Rethymno and a 10-minute drive. Visitors can take a tour on our farm facilities, which are within walking distance (50 m from the entrance of the villa). Supermarkets, bakeries, butchery shops, cafes, tavernas, ATMs, pharmacies, and a folklore museum are easily accessible (a 3-minute drive).
The location of the villa is ideal for relaxing and coming closer to nature. It also gives the chance to visit each corner of the island and explore all aspects of Cretan life. Located in the center of the north part of Crete, only 5 km away from the highway it provides easy access to the local airports of Chania and Heraklion.

Miroy mountain view villa is an 90 m2 traditional cottage style villa featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 odas (attic–like room), and it can accommodate up to 8 persons (ideal for 2 families: 4 adults + 4 children). The property includes an open-plan space with a relaxing living room, an office corner, and an open-plan kitchen with a dining room. The private swimming pool, the huge terrace, and the garden full of planted herbs will allow you to enjoy your time off. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as there is unlimited access to WIFI throughout the house, indoors and outdoors.
Interior
It is a ground-floor villa that homes an open-plan area featuring a relaxing living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an office spot. It also consists of one bathroom with laundry services and two bedrooms with double beds which can be separated into single and one traditional odas (an attic-like room).
All rooms are airconditioned. The windows are provided with fly screens. The bedrooms can be darkened with roller blinds.
The whole house views the garden, the swimming pool and the olive grove.
Exterior
The exterior of the villa includes a private swimming pool and it is equipped with 8 sunbeds and 4 shading umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. The huge terrace includes the dining area and the barbecue facilities. The dining table made of natural wood and the seats for 8 people, is the ideal place to have all daily meals. The garden at the back part of the villa will allow the guests to enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables, while the corner with the different local herbs planted, will give them the chance to taste new flavors of the Cretan nutrition.
The short walking distance of our family farm enables our guests to arrange a tour around it (it's provided free of charge, upon request) and live the experience of a local farmer. Exploring the facilities of a local farm, milking goats, drinking fresh milk, and riding a horse (under the supervision of one of our family members) is one of the highlights of all of our guests' holidays.
The premises of the villa are fully fenced offering total privacy for the guests.

Miroy sea view villa is a newly-built villa of natural materials, like stone and wood. The first thing that captures its guests is the view over the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and Rethymno town – a magnificent panorama. It is located 5 minutes from the center of Rethymno, Crete, and 2 minutes from the village Atsipopoulo. Beyond that central location, the villa is surrounded by a peaceful and private area. There is easy access to services (supermarkets, bakeries, butchery shops, pharmacies, cafes, tavernas, ATMs) by car. It is a 170 m2 villa with a private swimming pool and a huge terrace that can host up to 8 people. Its visitors have the opportunity to include in their daily nutrition during their holidays goods that are grown by our family in the private garden of the villa.

All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as there is unlimited access to WIFI throughout the house, indoors and outdoors.

It is a two-floor villa which homes on the ground floor an open–plan kitchen with a dining area and an open-plan living room. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom are also found there. The top-floor homes have two bedrooms in attic style and ensuite bathrooms.
All bedrooms include double beds which can be separated into single. All rooms of the villa are airconditioned.
Moreover, there is a huge balcony where guests can relax by gazing at the view of the sea, the town of Rethymno, and of the village Atsipopoulo.
